Our Managing Director

Peter has been with LCS since the early days and has been the driving force behind its success.

With over 22 years experience within the security industry he shared the vison of the founding members of a security patrol that was more than just a visual deterrent.

With his affable nature and his grim determination Peter has been able to take LCS Security from a small business with just 40 clients to a very successful company with over 600 clients and employing 21 full time members of staff.

Shaun Harper

Director of Operations

Shaun has been with LCS full time since July 2012 but has been active within its ranks since the early days with Peter.

His background is mainly within the Close Protection sector but with plenty of Door Supervision and Corporate Security experience.

With this experience and a real drive, Shaun has built on the foundation laid by Peter to move the company forward. During his time with the company Shaun has built up a good rapport with the local police, particularly the 2 local Community Support Officers as well as the Barnet BoroughWatch team.

Having worked in security since early 2000 and being involved with several large scale "Special Projects" has given him a very unique insight into security and how to organise and mobilise teams to be more effective.

With strong leadership skills and a willingness to excel Shaun has been instrumental in bringing LCS to where it is today.

Monika Horvath

Office Manager

Monika first joined us as an administrator in 2013 where she proved her worth so much that she was "stolen" by our sister company and promoted to assistant to the Financial Director.

In 2015 she moved on to work as a Financial Manager for a charity but really wanted to come back to the family at LCS Security so in 2016 she rejoined us as the Office Manager.

Monika has excelled in this role and has built on the relationships previously founded. She is a great asset to LCS and has developed a very good knowledge of the business and the clients.

Nanda Gurung

Supervisor

Nanda has been with LCS since 2005. His knowledge of the clients is second to none and because of his polite nature and utmost professionalism he is very well liked by all who know him.

He is well respected by the staff and the team are keen to follow his lead.

Nanda was a corporal in the 1st Ghurkha Rifles regiment of the British Army for 18 years after which he entered the security industry first in Hong Kong then in the UK before joining LCS. He is a martial arts expert and as you would expect from an ex-Ghurkha, totally fearless.

Thok Gurung

Supervisor

Thok joined LCS in 2007 bringing with him a good grounding in Security basics. His eagerness to learn and the huge praise for him from both the clients and staff alike brought him to the attention of Management. He has a keen eye for detail and works very well alongside Nanda as a valued member of the supervisory team.

He is the son of a ghurkha and believes in the same values as those held by the Ghurkha Regiment.

Thok is a very dilligent individual and works tirelessly to ensure both the clients and the staff are happy and he is well-liked by all.
